How phones have grown.
Most of us have phones. It is a common electronic device and sometimes even more common than a computer. An interesting statistic to keep in mind is that 91% of all adults have their phone within arms reach every hour of the day. An even more crazy statistic is that there are 6.8 billion people in the world and 4 billion of them use a mobile phone. Only 3.5 billion of them use a toothbrush. Next time you look at your phone keeps these statistics in mind and it may change the way you use it, or how much you do.

Xbox one will finally use Windows 10?
Recently Microsoft confirmed that the 300 $ game console can double as a computer. For most users this won't change much. This means that the app store will be the same across both computer and console. The bad news is most current applications won't be compatible with both devices. This means that apps will have to be created through Microsoft to be compatible.

Understanding Technology
There are many resources available these days that help with everything from building your first computer to trying to fix it after you have had it for a while. I will give you some of the places that i use on a regular basis when I need ideas or am stuck. My favorite for most thins is a company called Linus Tech Tips. They have great videos on Youtube which range from building a computer for beginners to trying to build a computer that 13 people can game on at the same time. They have a great platform that is attractive to all skill levels.
Here are my top 5 resources in the tech world:

At CES 2016 this year we saw an assortment of new and improved tech roll out. Lately in the tech world we have been seeing an increase in wearable tech. Fitbit has made a new Smart Fitness Watch that they call the Fitbit Blaze. It underwhelmed some because (like all smart watches in my opinion) of the small amount of things you can do with it outside of working out. Along with wearable tech we saw a lot of new cars that were tricked out with technology of their own.
Keep your eyes out for tech like this to become more affordable in the years to come.

Introduction
I have not done a blog before so this may start off a little rough. My name is Mike and I am making this blog to share news to whoever is willing to listen. I have experimented with technology for a long time and built a computer at age 15. I do not claim to be the most informed in the tech world so I will also be sharing information from other sources that you may recognize. When doing so I will supply you with the link so that you too may do your own research.
Technology has influenced most elements in my life as I can only assume it has for you too. I grew up with a good amount of technology and ever since then technology has been ever expanding and getting better. I also have a soft spot for gaming and the community that surrounds it. I watch Twitch.tv streams on occasion and play an assortment of games. The idea of VR gaming is a big interest of mine and will be a big topic of discussion.
Thank you for checking out my blog and I hope you enjoy reading what I have to say.
